Hirwai in collaboration with L & T had organized Hirwai green school Competition – A power point presentation, which showcased all the activities related to the environment taken throughout the year. In this competition School bagged the Ist position and received Green School award trophy & certificate.

Teachers, Mrs. Shilpa Dongre and Mrs. Sucheta Shembekar represented the school. Activities like Bird watching, E-waste collection, tree plantation, rain water harvesting, paper bag making, soilless agriculture, Bio-gas plant, farm visits, plastic bag collection for recycling, workshops taken on ecofriendly way of celebrating various festivals, etc. were presented in the Powerpoint. The activities highlighted maximum participation of students.
