An inter school Mathematics Crossword Competition ‘Numeromagic’ was organised on 3rd December 2016 in School. Overall 126 students of various leading schools of Nagpur had participated in this unique competition of its own. It was an effort to make the students aware the importance of Mathematics. To entertain the participants, school students presented a dance and skit related to Mathematics.

Dr. G.P. Singh (Department of Mathematics, V.N.I.T., Nagpur) graced the occasion. The chief guest in his words of wisdom, motivated students to search mathematics in day to day life by giving various examples.

In Junior Group - CENTRE POINT SCHOOL, KATOL ROAD emerged as winners. The second and third position was notched by SANDIPANI, HAZARI PAHAD & MODERN SCHOOL, KORADI ROAD. In Senior Category – T.B.R.A.N.’S MUNDLE ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL, emerged as winners and the second and third position notched by DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL & BHAVANS B.P. VIDYA MANDIR, SHRIKRISHNA NAGAR respectively.
